LUNCH & DINNER

The Maker’s Galley is a multi-functional venue which includes a café, gift shop, full-service chefs’ kitchen, tasting tables, and casual seating. Open Wednesday through Sunday, the café offers Maine specialty coffees, as well as pastries and homemade bagels made by executive chef, Arianna Stefanilo. A curated collection of Maine-made food products including local cheeses, meats, and pantry products will also be available.

Executive chef Arianna Stefanilo has created a distinctive menu of Maine influenced tapas for diners, incorporating spices from SKORDO, local meats and seasonal produce. Her charcuterie board overflows with Maine artisan cheeses, local honey, local cured meats and homemade jams.

Small plates, beer and wine will be served from 11:30 a.m. to close, Wednesday-Saturday.

SUNDAY PAJAMA BRUNCH

Join us every Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for your brunch fix! Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosa Flights, delicious local food and good vibes!

Pajama Brunch is well underway with Big Girl Mimosas and weekly specials. Wear your best pajamas (or worst) to receive 5% off food and stay warm and comfy in our cozy space as you sip Big Girl (or Guy) Mimosas and dine on our delicious farm-to-table menu. Reservations recommended.
