In this class our very own Chef Arianna Stefanilo will talk about Maine’s dynamic seafood production and walk through the steps of shucking, searing, and ceviche-ing delicious Maine scallops. Enjoy homemade bread, a scallop ceviche dish and a seafood pasta throughout the night, witnessing from start to finish how the seafood dishes are prepared. In this open format class there will be lots of room for discussion and conversation with our chef so that you leave feeling confident as a scallop chef in your own home.
