Join Chef Josh Berry for an intimate dinner during his favorite season. April is a fascinating month for eating because it is a bridge between the hearty comfort of winter to the delicate, fresh flavors of spring. Chef Josh does a beautiful job marrying the two concepts into dishes that will leave you both satisfied and inspired.
The evening will start with a social hour to mingle with Chef and fellow foodies along with passed appetizers and a specialty cocktail. Dinner will be along the community table, with five plated dishes that incorporate seasonally inspired seafood, meat and produce from some of his favorite farms. Optional wine pairings will enhance each bite along the way.
Since retiring from UNION in May, Chef now hosts Plate the State on News Center Maine. His new career allows him to share stories and recipes from Maine’s farms, fisheries and producers.
